How We Booked 34+ Sales Calls with a Multichannel Outbound Funnel
The Client
Dizayn.io is a product development studio that builds SaaS products and design-focused websites. The work was strong, but the studio was new to the market and had no consistent way to find leads.
The Problems
- Low visibility and little trust as a new name in a crowded agency market
- No clear go-to-market strategy, so sales efforts were inconsistent
- No clear positioning to stand out from other studios
- Cold emails were not reaching inboxes
- Low reply rates from decision-makers
What I Did
1. Positioning: “We don’t sell development, we save you time.”
Instead of listing services, I positioned Dizayn.io around one benefit: founders get a launch-ready product faster, without coordinating designers and developers themselves. The same message ran through every LinkedIn message, email, ad and piece of content. LinkedIn outreach built on this message reached a 17% reply rate.
2. LinkedIn Outreach at Scale
- Ran six LinkedIn accounts, each sending 25 to 35 connection requests a day.
- Engaged about 180 prospects every day using SendPilot and Aimfox.
- Warmed up each prospect before connecting by viewing the profile, liking posts and engaging with their content, which raised acceptance rates.
- Scraped leads with Apify from a single Sales Navigator account.
- Ran A/B tests on call-booking messages, problem-led messages and solution messages.
- Result: 34 meetings booked.

3. Cold Email Optimization
- Rebuilt the approach around short, personal, value-first messages.
- Fixed deliverability with domain authentication and warm-up.
- A/B tested subject lines, email copy and calls to action.
- Shortened follow-up sequences so prospects reached a call faster.
- Result: 1.2% reply rate across a 50K-lead campaign.

Final Results
- 34+ sales calls booked with qualified buyers
- 600 warm leads generated across outreach, content and email
- 17% reply rate on positioning-led LinkedIn outreach
- 1.2% reply rate on a 50K-lead cold email campaign
How to Build Your Own Inbound and Outbound System
Start with one clear message about the problem you solve, not the service you sell. Then warm up prospects before you contact them, test every message, and fix email deliverability before you scale volume.
